Birds Eye® Butternut Squash Spirals with Italian Sausage

Serves 2.


  • 1 pkg (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Butternut Squash Spirals
  • 1/3 pound Italian pork sausage
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon torn fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Microwave spirals according to package directions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and mushrooms to skillet and cook until sausage is crumbled and browned.
  3. Add cooked spirals to skillet and toss until combined. Garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese.
