- 1 pkg (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Butternut Squash Spirals
- 1/3 pound Italian pork sausage
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon torn fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Microwave spirals according to package directions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and mushrooms to skillet and cook until sausage is crumbled and browned.
- Add cooked spirals to skillet and toss until combined. Garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese.
