Frozen Mixed Berry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup almond milk, or other favorite milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 piece ginger, 1 ½ – 2 inches, peeled and cut into large slices
  • 1 lime, juiced

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
  3. Garnish with mint leaf before serving, if desired.

Makes 3 large or 4 smaller smoothies.
