Frozen Mixed Berry Smoothies


2 cups frozen mixed berries
¾ cup almond milk, or other favorite milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 piece ginger, 1 ½ - 2 inches, peeled and cut into large slices
1 lime, juiced


1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
3. Garnish with mint leaf before serving, if desired.

Makes 3 large or 4 smaller smoothies.
