- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- ¾ cup almond milk, or other favorite milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 piece ginger, 1 ½ – 2 inches, peeled and cut into large slices
- 1 lime, juiced
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Garnish with mint leaf before serving, if desired.
Makes 3 large or 4 smaller smoothies.
